Why? It’s a rapport builder. Why should you trust us with one of your most valuable assets without understanding a little bit about us and how we work and more importantly how much you will end up with at the end of the process
When? We are flexible, we know that selling and valuing are a confidential business. We are happy to come to the nursery and pose as a parent, ask no pointed questions and then meet off-site or come to the nursery when you have closed for the day.
What happens? We will need to walk-around the nursery so we can develop a greater understanding of the setting and its potential. After that a lot of the valuation exercise is based on understanding how the business works. For that we will need about 30-45 minutes more of your time to develop our comprehension of the day to day operation. As you might expect we will also need some supporting documents such as accounts so we can substantiate our financial computations.
How long? Once we have completed the initial meeting and depending on the availability of the supporting documents, we aim to report back with an initial valuation within the week followed by a comprehensive valuation report within two weeks of meeting.
